Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The Article General Guidelines

  1. The article is an authentic research result that has NEVER been published in any other publication media or publishing houses, either in printed or electronic form.
  2. We accept manuscripts written in English or Indonesian. However, submissions in English are preferred to ensure broader accessibility. Authors whose native language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally proofread for grammar and clarity prior to submission.
  3. The article does not contain any elements of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. The editorial board will directly reject the article that indicates plagiarism.
  4. The submission and publication processes are free, without additional fees.
  5. The article that has been written under the guidelines of Jurnal Inspektorat (in MS Word format or using an article template) shall be submitted through the Online Submission System using the Open Journal System (OJS) on the Jurnal Inspektorat e-journal portal (https://jurnalinspektorat.majalengkakab.go.id/). Then, register as the author in the Register.
  6. The article template can be downloaded and available in MS Word (.docx).
  7. The article inappropriate with the Jurnal Inspektorat writing guidelines will be returned to the author before the review.
  8. The article structure includes the title, authors, abstract and keywords, introduction, literature review (if relevant), research method, result and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgments, and references.


The 
Article Body Guidelines

The article's title: Briefly describe the substance of the article in no more than 15 words. It has to be pinpointed with the issues discussed. The article title does not contain any uncommon abbreviations. The main ideas should be written first and followed then by their explanations. The title written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 space, Capitalize Each Word.

Author's names and institutions: The author's name should be accompanied by the author's institution, the institution's address (country), and correspondent's email address, without any academic titles or job titles. Written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 space.

Abstract:  Written in a minimum of 80 words and a maximum of 150 words, using Indonesian language. Contain rational reasons or arguments in explaining why the issue or phenomenon being written about is very important to be raised or studied. Explain the gap from previous research that has addressed the issue or phenomenon being studied as an evaluation. Explain the problem formulation of the issue or phenomenon chosen as the focus of the research. Describe the type, and locus used to answer the proposed problem formulation. Describe the process of methods used to obtain data to answer the problem formulation. Explain the stages or process of data analysis. Show the novelty or important findings relevant to the research focus raised or studied. Provide recommendations in the form of policies, concepts, methods, or study weaknesses that can be responded to by future studies.

Keywords: List three to five pertinent keywords specific to the article yet reasonably common within the subject discipline; use lowercase except for names, and separate with a semicolon (;).

1. Introduction
The introduction is written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 space. The introduction contains an explanation of social facts that explain why the chosen issue or phenomenon is very important to be raised or studied, an explanation of the facts of the literature that explain the gaps or shortcomings of research that have addressed the issues or phenomena raised or studied, an explanation of the evaluation of previous research which is the basis for positioning the research focus, and an explanation of the questions and arguments/hypotheses that are tested to answer or achieve the research objectives.

2. Literatur Review
If relevant, include a literature review that provides the theoretical background for the research. The literature review is written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 spacing. The literature review consists of several concepts, each concept is written in descriptive and evaluative paragraphs. Descriptive paragraphs contain explanations of definitions, terms, understandings, and explanations of concepts or theories used. Evaluative paragraphs contain explanations of categorization, aspects, methods, and examples of concepts or theories used.

3. Research Method
The research method is written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 space. The method consists of five points or elements, namely; First, explain why you chose the issue or phenomenon to be the focus of the research. Second, explain the type of study and data used. Third, explain the data sources and how they were selected. Fourth, explain what techniques or methods have been used in data collection. Fifth, explain the process and stages of data analysis that have been carried out.The research method is written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 space. The method consists of five points or elements, namely; First, explain why you chose the issue or phenomenon to be the focus of the research. Second, explain the type of study and data used. Third, explain the data sources and how they were selected. Fourth, explain what techniques or methods have been used in data collection. Fifth, explain the process and stages of data analysis that have been carried out.
The sections can be further divided into subsections by using subheadings. Please use the following formatting styles.
3.1. Subheading
3.1.1. Sub sub heading
A bulleted list looks like this:
   - First bullet;
   - Second bullet point;
   - Third bullet point.
Numbered lists can be added as follows:
   1) First item;
   2) Second item;
   3) Third item.

3.2. Math Equations
Use standard fonts, symbols, and word formatting where possible, or use Equation or MathType add-on objects. Number each equation consecutively, which should be displayed separately from the text (if explicitly referenced in the text). Equations should be editable by the editor and not in image format.

4. Result and Discussion
4.1. Results
Results are written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 spacing. The results should be relevant to the focus or research question posed. The results must also contain three characters in explaining the issues or phenomena raised or studied, namely; First, the results must describe the forms of issues or phenomena raised or studied in detail. Second, the results must explain the factors that influence the emergence of issues or phenomena raised or studied critically. Third, the results must show the implications of the issues or phenomena raised or studied in a transformative manner.
4.2. Discussion
The discussion is written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 space. The discussion consists of a summary of all data written in the results section, reflections that explain the causes that arise or apply to the data that have been concluded in the summary section, interpretations that explain the consequences that arise or apply to the data that have been reflected, comparisons and differences in findings with previous research, and study actions or recommendations in the context of conceptual, methodological, or policy solutions.

5. Conclusion:
The conclusion is written using Cambria font, 12pt, 1.0 space. The conclusion consists of important findings that are relevant to the focus or questions posed in the research, the significance or contribution of the study conceptually, methodologically, or theoretically relevant to the research subject and the weaknesses of the research that will be recommendations to be addressed by future studies.

Acknowledgements (if any)
Acknowledgments (if any) are intended for funders or donors of the research and those who assisted in the conduct of the research whose contributions were not significant enough to be included in the authorship group.

Bibliography
The bibliography section should contain all references cited in the text of the article. The bibliography should include references from primary sources (scientific journals; at least 80% of the total bibliography) published in the last 10 years. The number of references cited must be at least 15 sources. References should be written using Mendeley or Zotero applications with APA 7th Edition (American Psychological Association) citation style.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to amend and refine the article as long as it does not alter the substance of the article.
